Plane Crash Outside of Henderson Has No Injuries

There has been another plane crash in the Las Vegas Valley reported yesterday in the news. With Grand Canyon tours, multiple commercial and private airports, and an international hub, air traffic in Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Henderson is especially high compared to other cities. Unfortunately, air accidents in Clark County are a continuous occurrence for residents. This Monday, July 24th, was no different. If you or someone you care about has been injured in a plane crash, contact Benson and Bingham to provide you proper representation. Few airplane injury and accident attorneys in Southern Nevada have the kind of experience our firm has, because we’ve successfully represented multiple victims of this type of tragedy before.

Luckily, the single- engine plane crash yesterday had no injuries. The aviation accident happened around 12pm on Monday, just south of the Executive Airport in Henderson, Nevada. According to the Federal Aviation Authority spokesperson, the cause of the crash was unknown. The jet went down almost immediately taking off from the Henderson Executive Airport. Officials are currently investigating the plane crash, and representatives from the Federal Aviation Authority are reportedly en route to do a full analysis of the accident. There was a fire reported about a quarter of a mile south of Henderson Airport immediately after the crash, so the Henderson Fire Department provided assistance and water efforts. The United States Air Force has provided an update on the crash, stating that the pilot was headed to Washington State at the time to provide close air support for training. He was the only person on board when the plane went down as it was being operated by a military contractor called “Blue Air Training.” This time, no one was hurt in the plane accident in Las Vegas. Several state and federal organizations were available for comment on this occurrence yesterday.

Even though this particular plane crash had no injuries, most other airplane accidents in Southern Nevada aren’t so lucky. Because of the multitude of reasons or liabilities that a crash can be attributed to, partnered with the different regulations and governing bodies associated with aviation, sorting out a legal claim can be really tricky. If you’ve been hurt in an airplane accident, or if a plane crashes into your house or car, the best place to start is to determine if anyone, like a pilot or a mechanic, is at fault for causing the crash. If not, you still may have a case. Regardless, your first step should be to reach out the Benson and Bingham Attorneys at Law to get a free consultation and see if you have grounds to build a case. Benson and Bingham have been helping families and individuals get the compensation they deserve for a number of years and pride themselves on being the best, most compassionate lawyers in the business.
